This is the AEO AN/PVS-14 Nightvision Monocular that is designed to provide the soldiers with the ability to observe at night under moonlight and starlight conditions. The AEO AN/PVS-14 Nightvision Monocular can be handheld, head mounted, helmet mounted or weapon mounted to enable walking, driving, weapon firing, short-range surveillance, map reading, vehicle maintenance, and administering first aid. The unit allows for horizontal and vertical adjustments when head or helmet mounted and is also equipped with an infrared (IR) Illuminator.
