If you hunt mice and rats at 200 meters, this is not the sight for you. But if you hunt deer, coyotes, hogs, elephant, and even insurgents this sight will help you put a trophy head on your wall or make the world a safer place. It’s designed for speed shooting in awkward shooting positions, and it has served me well. Shooting it off an M4, M14 (standard surplus), and oddly enough mounted on an AK-47 with a side mount. Mine has always been hitting wherever I put that dot on. My rifle has dropped once off a tailgate. Sacrificed a hot chow meal and went to confirm my zero with 3 rounds at the range...no shift in impact. Lighting issues were not noticeable. Tough Scope
This is a tough scope and combat proven. The problem is that it is 4moa which makes this better suited to a handgun or a shotgun than to a rifle that will be used at any distance. at 100 yds the 4moa dot is 4 inches at 200 yds the dot is 8 inches.
