I missed opening day of my home state of Virginia's rifle deer season when my Mother-in-law took a fall and was hospitalized. I was not too concerned thinking I would surely get to go the next day. As it turned out it was the last hour of the last day of the season before I was able to get out with my Swarovski American 3-10x42 and the last few minutes of legal shooting light before this 8 point walked out. I was glad I had the Swarovski on the rifle. After hours of sitting in the hospital waiting room it sure was nice timing! Oh yeah, my wife's Mom is better and back home! Double Blessed!
