Sweet 17, well that was 23 years ago, but SWFA has sweetened things around here for me. Hmmm… let’s see a BSA 2-7 x 32 Sweet 17 scope on my Marlin 17 rifle. A sweet well-lit view of a corn robbing raccoon on a moon lit night atop a fence row oak. Well there were a few years of no raccoon hunting before I got this rifle & scope which might have had something to do with the bountiful fur harvest of 2004. A sweet paycheck from the fur buyer too, who wants to know how I killed those big coons so dead with such a little hole. My answer to the no pelt damage question, “I think about my sweety when aiming.” Sweet 17 that is.
