This is my first precision rifle that I have bought. Even though the rifle was purchased used it's new to me and what makes it even better is that it's topped with a SS 10X scope.

The rifle began as a 26" savage 10FP and was reborn after a trip to SWR to have the barrel shortened to 20", threaded, and recrowned. The action is in a SSS varmit/tactical stock and is sporting a badger bolt knob.

I see this rifle as my stepping stone and entry into the precision shooting arena.
