Mr.
So far, so good! This scope is looking like an excellent value. I have put it on ARs and FALs with very good results. AR: boring out to 425 on 18" gong - ding, ding, ding, ding; you get the idea. FAL was tougher, but only because the mount/action were not 'trued' up; Burris Pos-Aligns fixed that - .646" group @ 100 with surplus ammo. Two things to be aware of: I was bummed at first by target obscuration at 100 yards until I did the math: only a problem if your target is exactly a dimensional multiple of the donut - just adjust magnification a 1/2 power and you're good. Other thing was lots of complaints on the web about 'cracked' or crenelated reticles on this scope: this is simply a sign of poor diopter adjustment (fine focus on the 'eye' end of the scope). If your reticle isn't clear and sharp all the way around, adjust this! I've seen eight individual DMS scopes, and all of them are/were perfect once this adjustment was correct.... More

Millet 1-24 Tactical
I've had this scope for a few years now. I have put it on several different guns. I feel that the quality and workmanship along with clear and lighted glass would compete with a scope three times the price. Even with the low power using a six o'clock hold produces sub M.O.A. groups at 100 yds.

Good deal!
I have to say that SWFA delivered better than advertised. Order went down after 6 pm one day and 2 days later the merchandise arrived. I chose to go with the regular shipping so it was a great surprise!
As far as the DMS/S.A.L.T. combo; I'm pleased so far with the ease of installation and appearance. Lens covers were included with the package (another pleasant surprise).
My rifle is a Stag 2T and it installed flawlessly clearing the rear iron sight without a problem.
In doing some research I heard rumors regarding quality control at the Chinese factory but so far I can tell, my unit is in flawless condition with no visible issues regarding the quality of the manufacturing.
Function-wise, I still need to hit the range but I think that so far the experience has been better than anticipated.
The experience has been a + with merchandise and service from SWFA (will write back if scope doesn't hold under pressure).
Good glass for the money!... More

Great buy for the money
I purchased this scope/mount combo with the intent to mount it on my AR for 3 gun competitions. It has performed flawlessly. Easy to zero, and it holds! The donut reticle is perfect for accurately shooting targets and steel at over 200 yards. The only problem I have experienced is the illumination washes out when outside, even on semi-cloudy days. However the illumination is not necessary for the scope to function, the donut is a deep black and easy to see. I recommend this scope for people getting started in 3 gun, multi gun, practical rifle matches, predator hunters, or anyone that wants an affordable scope and mount for their AR without breaking the bank....
