Good Scope
I bought this scope vs. the Bushnell tactical to save a little money, and it worked. Mildot reading is pretty accurate. I’ve taken this scope out to 800yds and ran out of land. It looks great on my Rem 700 308. The only problem I have so far is the sunrise; the scope is very hard to see through. Overall I got my money’s worth in fun with this scope!!!!... More

Great scope
I got this scope to replace a Leupold 3-9, so far it has exceeded all of my expectations and I believe this is by far one of the best scopes that I have had the opportunity to use.

One of the Best
Not too long ago I looked at a $3000 Zeiss scope at a gun show. I must say, compared to this, it is not $2700 better. The optical quality of this scope is absolutely amazing for this price. The turrets have a very nice click to them, and the over-sized side-focus knob makes things really easy in the cold. The mil-dot dial has 189 mil hash marks on it that makes long range shooting, sizing, and ranging a dream. Both the included sunshade and the lens covers do their job well. I have this scope on .308 Win. and it works really well, I don’t know how it would fair on something like a 50BMG, but for someone on a budget this is a great buy.... More

Night hog hunter
I got this scope to replace a Vortex Crossfire while waiting on the CS dept at Vortex (which they were awesome). I love this scope glass is a hair off my Leupold and is better for the long range shots in early evening to full dark. The NV setting works excellent with a ND3 making 200-250 yrd shots at hogs. Its mounted on a CVA Apex .270 and I will be getting one for the 338 Lapau I got at Xmas. At this price point and the economy the way it is this is a steal on a fine set of optics.... More

Great for the money
I think for the price ( SWFA $299) this is the best bang for the buck. I am shooting a 700 Remington SPS Varmint 26” barrel. I have upgraded the stock to a Bell & Carlson A5 series BK2094, EGW 1 Piece rail 20 moa, Burris extreme tactical 30mm rings and the Millett 4-16x50 Tactical BK81001 scope. Along with a Harris bipod and Butler Creek flip up covers. At 900 yards I am shooting sub moa. I love the 50mm size because of the light it gathers in low light conditions.... More
