Nice Scope
Bought this scope for an AR-15 but it was a little to big so I mounted it to my M1A and was impressed. Very clear and holds zero well after 150 rounds everythings A-OK.

Best scope for the price
At under $100, this Vortex 6x24-50 is an excellent deal. I was very skeptical about the performance since I very much believe that you get what you pay for. When I received the scope my first impression was that it was huge! It did add a good amount of weight to my rifle but I'm not going hiking for miles with this strapped to my back. I'm using it for a Savage .17HMR varmint rifle.
The clarity is very good up to about 20x. Once sighted in, I could consistently hit quarter inch groupings at 100yds. Adjustments are easy and precise. I'm not sure if the scope would handle the kick of my .7mm Mag but that's not what I bought it for. Picking off raccoons from 150yds as they are hanging upside down off my feeder boxes is now easy. And I never worry about damaging my feeders because what I see is what I hit. Excellent product at an excellent price!!

You can't go wrong!
I can't speak to the negative reviews, but this much I can tell you. I put this scope on my first AR15 build - I know, overkill right? Well be that as it may, thanks to this scope, some quality AR parts, and the right ammo, I'm shooting nickel sized groups at 100 yards!!! This scope has more than exceeded my expectations. My only complaint... And believe me, this is stretching... Is that the turrets have a little slop in them. However, for the price tag, it's definitely tolerable. The glass is clear and provides a sharp image and when mounted on a American Defense AD-RECON mount, it's rock solid. After a few hundred rounds, it's held calibration well. Plus, Vortex has a great warranty should anything go wrong. Lastly, to top it all off, SWFA was so great to work with, I want to build another rifle just so I can buy from them again! All in all, this scope is a great product for an OUTSTANDING price.... More

Great $100 scope
I have been running one of these on a 22-250 for a while now and it holds zero and tracks well. The glass quality isn’t of course as good as a Nightforce, but look at the price! It has better glass and quality hands down compared to any Simmons, Barksa, or Bsa scope I have had my hands on, and for that matter, the best overall Sub $120 price range scope I have used. All that topped with a full lifetime Warranty.... More

Great scope
I bought this scope after reading good reviews. It is great for the price. The clarity is excellent. I shot my 300 win mag at 800 yards and put 12 of 15 inside of 10 inches. My next trip will be at 1000 yds. Great scope.
