1. Horizontal Component Distance (HCD) mode displays the slope angle compensated distance to the target.
2. Scan mode displays distance readings when panning across a landscape or tracking moving targets.
3. Line of Sight (LOS) mode displays actual line of sight range. This mode will be used by shooters making high angle/ long distance shots in conjunction with slope angle corrected ballistic cell phone applications, ballistics range cards, or PDAs with ballistics programs. Display also shows an Incline Correction number (INC) to adjust bullet drop data for ballistics applications not including slope angle correction.
