Outstanding value
I looked at quite a few scopes to mount on my CZ 527 Kevlar Varmint in .223 Rem. I could have paid more for a Leupold that stuck me with a 3X mag range, or a Burris Signature that has that damnable Euro style fast focus eyepiece. This scope is in the heart of the Classic V lineup and has 5 reticle choices to choose from. This scope line is exceptionally suited to the CZ bolt rifles as the narrower ocular bell gives plenty of clearance with the standard CZ rings or CZ style rings offered by several others. The lens coatings are very good for the price, and internal flare and reflections are well controlled, if not in the Zeiss Conquest league. I chose this scope over a Nikon Monarch of a similar mag range and aperture, and saved about $150. While I gave up side focus in doing so, I installed a Ty wrap on the AO ring and left the knob in place at the proper location to allow thumb focusing while I support the forestock with my left hand....something you can't do with side focus....
